I went to Poulet Rouge today and as I was walking home, the rain soaked through the bag and it ripped — my food fell all over the sidewalk. I went back to the restaurant, and the staff were absolutely amazing. The person I spoke with was so polite, kind, and respectful. They made me a fresh meal right away with no hesitation. Everyone there was so nice! The food is always fresh, the portions are great, and the prices are very reasonable. Truly a 10/10 experience every time. Great place for a quick lunch, it's like Chipotle style tipe of service, you pick your toppings from the counter and choice of protein with base, either rice, quinoa or lettuce. I was impressed with the competense of the staff, they didn't mess up my order even though it was packed, they were serving like 20 people all at once. The poke style bowl was huge, I could barely finish it, it was all fresh and healthy ingredients. 1.50$ extra for the guack and it's very tasty, 38$ with tip for the both of us. If you're looking for a fast, healthy and casual stop for a quick bite this is the place.
The location is sooo convenient. Service is excellent, it was very fast and the team seemed organized. The food is soooo fresh, the chicken is grilled right in front of you and the toppings look delicious. Prices are reasonable. Happy with this addition to the neighborhood! They have a ramp with an accesible entrance on the side. There is a small step near the front door.
We had lunch for the AQSPC Boccia Quebec event this past weekend and the food was great. Good portion size and very tasty. Hopefully we will get to have then again for a future event!
I'm often impressed by the quality of service and food at Poulet Rouge, and the Hochelaga location is no exception. Staff are friendly, and the food is healthy and tastes great. People often complain about the price at Poulet Rouge, but compared to other "fast-food" restaurants, I think you get a fair value for your money. The management team has done a great job at expanding this chain and ensuring a consistent level of quality! Highly recommend trying Poulet Rouge if you haven't done so yet.
